Welcome to Buck’s Pet Waste Removal. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial pet waste removal services in Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas. Services may include scheduled visits, one-time cleanings, and related yard sanitation.

2. Scheduling & Access

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area during scheduled visits.

  • Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided.

  • If we are unable to access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstacles, the visit will still be charged.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure yard is free from hazards (e.g., dangerous dogs, sharp objects).

  • Notify us in advance of changes to pet ownership, service needs, or property access.

  • Maintain lawn height to allow for effective waste removal.

​

4. Payments

  • Payments are due per the agreed billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or prepaid).

  • Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is current.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.​

​

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is outlined in our Refund Policy document. We prioritize re-cleaning before issuing any refund.

7. Weather & Safety

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

  • We will notify customers of any changes as soon as possible.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, or property unless caused by our negligence.

  • We are not liable for illness or injury related to pet waste not removed prior to our first service.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate services with at least 7 days written notice. Prepaid amounts for unused services will be refunded according to our refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
