Service Policy

At Buck’s Pet Waste Removal, we aim to provide reliable, efficient, and friendly service for every client. To ensure a safe and smooth experience, please review our service policies below:

 

1. Waste Disposal

  • All pet waste collected during service will be disposed of in your residential trash can, unless other arrangements are made in writing before service begins.

  • If your trash can is not accessible during service, we will place the waste in a securely tied bag and leave it in front of the gate. 

 

2. Dog Safety & Access

  • For the safety of our team and your pets, all aggressive or protective dogs must be kept indoors or in a separate, secured area during service time.

  • Friendly dogs may remain outside as long as they do not interfere with the cleanup process.

  • If our team feels unsafe due to an aggressive pet, service may be skipped for that visit, and the regular fee will still apply.

 

3. Yard Access

  • Gates and locks should be unlocked or a key/code provided for scheduled visits.

  • If our team cannot access the yard, the service will be marked as a "lockout," and the regular visit charge will apply.

 

4. Arrival Notification

  • Our team will send a 60-minute heads-up notification before arriving at your property.

  • This allows time to secure pets, unlock gates, and ensure safe access for our staff.

 

5. Weather & Rescheduling

  • Services will continue in light rain or snow, but extreme weather (e.g., severe storms, heavy snow/ice) may result in rescheduling for safety reasons.

  • If rescheduling is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

6. Payment & Plans

  • Payment is due monthly.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of service until payment is received.
