Refund Policy

At Buck’s Pet Waste Removal, we strive to provide reliable and professional service. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning so we can make it right.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our work, we will return within 24 hours to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the issue with a re-cleaning.

2. Missed or Canceled Services

  • If we miss a scheduled service due to our error, you will receive a full refund for that visit or a free future cleaning.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service.

3. Prepaid Services

  • Refunds for unused prepaid services will be given on a pro-rated basis, minus any discounts applied.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Refunds are not available for services already completed to satisfaction.

  • Travel fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
